Paul DioGuardi, senior tax lawyer at DioGuardi Tax Law, predicts that the Canada Revenue Agency will not focus its enforcement activities on the high roller billionaires identified in the Paradise Papers leak on Sunday. It will be easier to target ordinary people who can’t afford to surround themselves with high power lawyers and giant accounting firms.
